Eternity Has Passed
Eternity Has Passed
Through cities and towns,
I'm running for life,
In search of an exit,
From my exile...
I was searching for myself,
The me, which was lost somewhere,
In the crowded streets,
Living to fit in...
The heartfelt hollow,
And the mind borrowed,
When I looked at my reflection,
All I saw was an illusion...
So, I ran very far
Into the forest,
Through bushes and spines,
Determined to find my light...
I took a long breath,
Into the isolated field,
Where reality didn't exist,
Like a beautiful dream...
Looking around, I smell the scent,
Carried by air,
And I listen to the river,
Talking to herself...
The mountains echoed peace,
The sun sent its warmth,
Sitting there, I felt my beating heart,
As if eternity has passed...
