Best and much respect for all leaders and shame to bosses

Once you become a boss in a workplace

None of the employees will take a breath unless pretence rules

The top heads and principles for good relationships become leaders

Proud poet a witness of harsh supervision unfriendly treatment

Whose authority is confident in bosses’ affection evil bravery

Even when you are the head neither a wife nor son to the top head

Respecting and valuing the hands of employees is a mandatory, not option

Fine with tribalism and nepotism but even other races give them a chance

Segregation and discrimination is the worst thing an employer would do

Just a worker having a relationship with the head that’s not a promotion

And leaders of companies watch out for such unfair acts in collection

Respect your office and value your employees don’t shout at them

Today they work for you but tomorrow they are your competitors

They are icons of great generations, please look upon their future yours is done

The voice of the voiceless is the humbleness and calmness of many who may not speak

Who has not seen poor people becoming greater than their mentors and benefactors

Small positions and cheap love have granted you empty authority to mistreat your fellows

Ok! What will the world say, to you that you have got the power to misuse it

Let your integrity defend you but not ignorance because you’re the top leader
