Dare to Dream

A dream is a wish your heart makes,

But to turn it into reality, you have to give in all it takes.

In dreams we plant the seeds of our future,

To turn the can'ts into cans

And make dreams into plans

With dedication we nurture.

Dreaming is free, but the hustle is sold separately

It's the will,

Not just merely the skill,

That makes the magic happen so spontaneously.

To marry your dreams, you gotta cheat on your fears

Break up with your doubts,

And put in sweat and tears.

It is wrongly said that to dream is a waste of one's time,

For dreams are realities in ecstatic motion,

Waiting to be owned and called mine.

Success is found always in a heap of failures,

Goals are the destination, whereas dreams gives us the trailer.

Dreams can be of both the young and old,

Don't be afraid to show them, cause they aren't just meant to be told.

The goal is to die with memories

Not with dreams,

They don't have an expiration date

So get up, take a deep breath and try again.

Not all dreamers are winners,

But all winners sure dream,

It's an illustration of your soul

The silent scream.

It takes courage to fall asleep with a dream,

But more to wake up with a purpose, so that you gleam.

Dreams die if you let them starve

If fuelled well, they can ignite the engine;

Can give your journey a kick start.

In the end we are all dreamers in an endless universe,

Then why do we still take a setback and ponder

Whether to dream is a boon or a curse?

Opportunities may come and go

Regret lasts a lifetime,

If your dreams, scare your sleep away

They definitely deserve your time.

The biggest adventure to tell,

Is a life lived of your dreams
