Different!

She always thought that she’s different..

From the previous generation, and her family.

That day, she opened her purse,

The one her mother had gifted,

And opened her medical kit, one same as her sister,

To take out medicine, and swallow,

Drinking water in one breath,

Exactly like her father!

She opened the glass-case that Grandma used.

Took out colors gifted by her uncle,

And happily wrote on her brother’s book,

“ I have always been and will be different from our family! “
