Desires

"The civilization of Dwarka

Sleeps in water with the fish,

But never wakes up with time.

The Gatha of Krishna in Dwapar Yug,

And the emanating Gita both

Rise from the water.

Perhaps, we don't have time

To own them.

We hanker to fulfill desires,

Forgetting the significance of life

And

Becoming slaves to the fragrance of lewdness."
