Dear Soldier Of My Country
Dear Soldier Of My Country
Whilst problems of the whole country cometh to mind on a single day,
Brains are drained like no other day
Waking up in the morning next day
With brains aside and heart below knees
Chanting corruption as if it is your soul,
Juvenile girls are shy to walk on roads
Does it make you think with brains?
Does that make you feel with hearts...?
As we walk along the ocean of scrutiny
Condolencing our hearts with demise of truth
Trust was never there in scope as a country
Busted along was our patriotism and passion
Waiting for someone to walk along
I find no one choosing my path
Cometh the time and cometh the man
Gone like a whistle in a vaccum space
Fed-up with waiting and kin to the country
Soul was staring at the far old sea
Met the man at a conflux deep
To find that he's a soldier in me
Soldiers are needed amongst the people
Not in the far seen borders of the nation
Who will raise up? Who will walk along?
Who will come through the darkness flooded,
In the colour of white
Am here to take on a nation against corruption
Am here to support my sisters against molestation
Who will raise up? Who will walk along?
Who will come through the thoughts of mine,
If not you....!
