Crossing By Those Roads
Crossing By Those Roads

Gone are the rainy days,
When raincoats came to rescue;
Bus waiting for a while, and;
Crush sitting behind the window seat near-by!
I wonder, if roses smell all same;
Or your fragrance dipped the moment into love,
I wonder whether you wonder or not,
The chances that we missed under clutches of time!
You!, Long past love,
The version of humourous poetry,
I wish to ask,
If you still feel nervous around;
Like you felt touching my hand under that frequency bound?
To the friend, I am grateful;
Who held me high all times.
I wish we'd talk more,
Crossing the long trees passing our paths by!
Today, when I cross such lanes,
I miss the credible love inside.
No matter how long and intense I desire,
I wish I'd said what I wish from a decade behind!!
