Brother To A Sister!

I am a small-town girl,

My mother passed away when I was small,

So small that I do not remember seeing her,

Only the photo of hers is what tells me that I am your mother.

But, I never felt that I needed her,

As if I was taken less care of,

Or if I ever needed her to share my shit and happy moments.

Neither I shared my secrets to her, nor I apologized for my mischiefs.

Still, I was all pampered, loved, and cared for. 

I was privileged during periods and treated like a queen,

I never knew a brother can love you more than a mother!!
