Breath or Betray

An era now, of development and progression

In thy course, mother earth continues to be slaughtered

Is that not a crisis and regression?

Those massive factories begin the evasion

The quilt of obnoxious particles galloping the aura

The tinge of shades losing their sanctity and creation.

Whether it be hefty construction

Or streaks of automobile decoring the streets,

Our graveyards would soon be laid without our mother's objection.

Not only the smog pledges our vision and breath deprivation

But the quintessential water has convicted our deeds

Towards pieces, kelps,oysters' reason of aggression.

Eluding to the unsustained and malevolent destruction

Which has fossilized the greenery and wildlife

Humans just can't glorify their rights on thy lord's creation.

When did we convert an opportunity to a deadly negotiation?

When did we people, with bouts of emotion in display,

Became so indifferent towards other species withering carnation?

Breath to camouflage into the grey blanket Is the only Price of betray.
