This time I am that black beauty who boasts on her confidence more than her skin. My colour and my beauty do not matter anymore, it's my heart and soul that is pure. You see my skin,I see my heart but you can ignore me if it pleases you but does remember as it's told that all that glitters is not gold. I am that diamond that shines whether it be dark or be light. I am no more the one you exploit but I am the one who is going to stand up in every situation whether be it for myself or for the one you had left whimpering and crying on the streets

. This time I will choose whom to make my partner and you cannot force me in doing so. This time I will show my power and the fire in which you are going to burn alone. You cannot rule over my choice as it's "my choice" and it's final. This time I do not need your help neither does I need any man because God has moulded me with much more fierceness, bravery and courage. The hands which welcome you can also go up for self-defence because this time 'I' am going to protect myself. I am going to sway away from the devil because I am no more his princess, I am my own queen. I am not a Goddess, but I am that woman whom you taunt every day, I am that woman whom you disrespect every time. Look at my eyes and see the hope, aspirations and ambitions in them. They are full of emotions, love and care. I too laugh and cry but this time I am too strong to be swayed away by emotions. Because this time, I am new and I am brave.....
