Before She Sleeps
Before She Sleeps
Piles of books to read
Too many facts - all cloudy
With little swollen eyes,
Pleasantly drowsy.
Back pain, Messy hair, and headache,
Got no time to care about all that.
Surrounded by everything clumsy.
Zillion thoughts run in the cerebrum
She has a crown studded with pearls
But she wants to build her own kingdom!
She has to run a marathon
Before she sleeps...
Under millions of stars twinkling
With wholeness of the moon in every, it's phased,
She has so much to gallop
Till Nights turn dark n deep
Till all her senses go inactive...
The mysterious soul starts cramming.
She has to break her own limits
Before she sleeps...
The road she has taken is away many miles,
She knows it's possible with dedication and smiles.
Papers, Books, and pen she has to befriend,
There is so much knowledge to comprehend
The sun, moon, and stars
Shall together shower this dwarf being.
Can't save this life in words indefinite
But it's such a pleasure to write.
Till nights turn dark and deep,
She has miles to go before she sleeps!
