At The Dawn
At The Dawn
I was standing in the park
With hopes not so high.
Tried to look around in the dark
But had to walk with a sigh.
Thought to give up, thought to leave
But then I recalled how Jobs Steve
Even after failing a hundred times
Invented Apple, now counted among primes.
At the dawn
I reached my lawn.
When the darkness of night was no more alive
I promised to persistently work hard and strive.
Though I am still a school going girl
Yet my life is no more a curl.
Oh! Life is the best teacher
I want to be its true preacher!
