An Invigorating Jaunt

An expedition,

Away from the conurbation.

A dogtrot along

The pines and vines of the hinterland.

Ah! Where you see,

The fulgent breaker

Merrily pecking the sand.

 

The larghetto warble,

Of the winsome feathered friend.

The lento hustling of the evergreen,

Near the corbel.

Ah!The late night's

Euphonious lullaby,

Make the colour's of life,

Together blend.

 

Yet! The jaded tripper,

Takes a sound nap.

In his aubela's lap.

As the night dazzles,

With the cloud's drizzles.
