An Appeal Of Mother Earth

Listen to the appeal of mother earth

Who feels proud because

She never had any dearth

Of resources beneath its landmass

But today she’s praying to

Her inhabitants; the most intelligent

Of which are humans

Who are busy destroying their

Fellow counterparts

Co-existing on her landmass

Behold! Tonnes of garbage wastes

Being disposed to her face

The vast stretch of her part

Being covered by such filthy dirt

Snatching away living place

Of so many other inhabitants

Mother Earth warns of the

The subsequent danger that may

Anytime bestow over them

In the form of natural disasters

If they don’t heed seriously to

Her warnings this time

Because she has resolved not to

Forgive them anymore.
