Alone is where we meet ourselves...

To spend time alone, inside our head, when our mind is twisted, is nothing short of an act of courage.

Battling the emotions, feelings, and thoughts can be so tricky - heavy (gravity defined) - and in a world that wants us 'light' it can be discouraging.

Even the most well-adjusted, social people need alone time.

No one is watching and judging, testing our patience or mind.

Alone is where the stars meet the light, the sun creates shadows, and there is no hidden agenda.

Alone is so big, so vast that everything we could possibly want is found there….
