Aliens
Aliens
I stumbled upon this house
As I walked deep into the woods
Made of asbestos with tin roof
It had no doors nor windows
I wondered who lived within
Curiosity piqued knocked hard
There was no response
So hammered down one wall
What met before my eyes
Made me jump with fright
Three-legged creatures resembling
Half-human, half reptile, piled high
Wondered where they came from
These mystical creatures
On floors and walls,
Hanging from the roof upside down.
They spoke a language indecipherable
Sounded all mumbo jumbo to me
I spoke a few words, their ears cocked up
But seemed not to understand
Ah! I had stepped into an alien place
Mystical creatures from outer space
To research on the human race
Their foibles needed to be checked
