A Wonderful Day!

I went on a merry-go-round,

It went all around,

It made absolutely no sound,

I didn't want it to reach the ground!

So I went there every day,

No matter what anyone would say,

I would just stay,

And enjoy the breeze of the bay!

Then, I visited the flower garden!

I love to sing,

Especially on the swing,

As I can see the lovely flowers,

Blossom in Spring!

I collect them in a basket,

And make it look fantastic,

By sprinkling some leaves,

So that when someone receives,

They will be put at ease!

My taste-buds then wanted a treat. Guess where they went!

I went to the bakery shop,

I thought it would be a nice stop,

From the long drive,(from the flower garden)

Treats should make me feel alive!

The baker asked me what to bake,

I requested her to bake a cake,

With icing and sprinkles,

And spotless wrinkles!

It turned out to be delicious! What a stupendous way to end the day!
