A Solitary Heart
A Solitary Heart
Sitting by the open window of a confined house;
A Solitary Heart helplessly bleeds and bemoans;
Viewing a swarm of dislodged and disgruntled humans;
Their pain and plight so real and tangible;
Waiting to be salvaged from the throes of a Pandemic.
The entire Universe seems to be gyrating,
Nothing to hold them steady amidst havoc.
Like a sandcastle, the modern network of ingenuity has collapsed ;
Quest has begun to save precious lives which matter.
What have we realized lately then?
Stop Chasing—
Hasn’t Fate whiplashed us?
Glitzy and glam life isn’t our protective gear;
Strip off the veneer of falsehood and hypocrisy;
Hoarding wealth won’t thwart the inevitable
The sky is the limit — The Myth debunked largely
Rooted in your own soil will offer us plenty
Simplicity and Humility will keep one grounded.
Let the Dreamers dream in their own land;
May little birds fly closer to their nest;
In the periphery— Of your Personal World
Allow those people to stay who speak —
Only The Naked Truth
Let there be another Renaissance
Another Renewal —
In the annals of history, let it be known as
“Rebirth Of Mankind “.
