A silent chirp

A silent chirp

1 min
170

I was lost in the forest,

With a dead compass.

Likewise my heart,

In the Red canvass.

Felt a little special,

Yet I was a stranger.

Confused and anxious,

Like a child in danger.

I thought I knew

I am being played.

Still, nothing is new.

As it's being caged!

The midnight lifts the secrets!

With Empathy and dead crusade,

The moon sings carols

As it's the end of the day!

Birds chirping loud in the dark

Me here sitting silent.

Birds convey through their night chirp,

While I tried my silence!
