Difficult to breathe

In an air of helplessness 

Difficult to convince and 

Motivate oneself 

When you do not know what is next 

All of a sudden

How everything changed

You, I and they, 

He, she, earth and sky 

Speed, tenacity, purpose and destination 

Love, life, passion and fascination 

How difficult it is to accept the reality 

Live with shattered dreams, 

Wounded ego, fallen pride

Haunted future and

Insatiable hopes and aspirations 

Life becomes living for oneself 

No present to live for 

No future in vision 

Life is leaning back on the past 

Basking under yesterday's golden sun 

No one knows the outcome

Life may not be as before

How to plan and motivate

When you don't know the future in wait.

With life and love under lock 

One has to silently endure

Inside the four corner 

To keep alive his life and love

Aims, fancies, whims and ambition

And hopefully, wait for that tomorrow

Which promises rainbow of colours

And the aroma of bygone days and yesteryears
