We all miss that zone.
We can never match the intensity and the fun that our happy place gave us.
But, we need to adapt to the new normal.
A lot of people I coach, tell me that they miss working out at the gym.

We all do.
But we just cannot sit and not do anything.

Gyms are always there, and will always be our playground when they’ll open.
