52 Week Writing Challenge

Introduction

Constant perseverance, focused effort and stubbornness with a purpose brings forth a boosted expertise and striking advancement in the creative field. StoryMirror invites you all to a unique 52 week writing challenge. This competition will take your writing skills to the next level and strengthen your creative endurance.

Rules

1. Participants need to submit either 52 stories or 52 poems consecutively for 52 weeks, i.e., 1 content under respective category (story / poem) every week.

2. For example, If you are starting your submission from the 3rd week of January 2018, you can submit up to the 3rd week of January 2019.

3. Participants can register for different categories (story / poem). However, each set of 52 submissions should be under the same category.

4. There should not be any break in submission once the writer starts submitting under this contest. If there is a break, they will be disqualified.

5. Winners will be decided on the basis of number of reads & number of likes on their submissions and editorial scores. This will be cumulative score for all 52 submissions.

6. All the submissions to be made under https://contest.storymirror.com/52weeks, else the submissions will not qualify.

7. Decision of StoryMirror will be final and binding on all participants

Prize

1. Every user who completes the challenge will have their e-book published free by StoryMirror.

2. Top 10 in each category will get certificates from StoryMirror.

3. Top 3 in each category will get cash prize as under subject to getting minimum scoring points. (TDS will be deducted as applicable)

– First – Rs.30,000/-

– Second – Rs.20,000/-

– Third – Rs.10,000/-

4. Winner in each category will have his/her book published by StoryMirror.

5. Participants who register for the competition will get following benefits as well

– Regular writing tips and other similar inputs

– Webinar session where best stories and poems will be discussed

– Entry to all the meet up sessions / open events organised by StoryMirror.

6. Opportunity to associate with StoryMirror on various activities on remuneration basis such as

– Editing

– Translation Services

– Content Writing
