A Strange Day

That was a very strange day. I woke up, and went to the kitchen to find my mother. But to my surprise she was not there. This was the time when the strangeness started. I checked the whole house, even the backyard, but she was not there.

After some time, the lights went off, probably because of the power cut. Usually when such things happen, my mother brings a candle from the kitchen. I don't appreciate it much because I think that it is a basic thing a mother could do. But what should I do now?

Fortunately the light came after nine mysterious and scary voices. Then I started to think where could she go. She can't go out because of the shining sun. Where could she go?

I decided to call her but her number was unavailable and was even vanished from the call log. Then I decided to ask my neighbour about this and take some help.

She told me that I was an orphan. An Orphan seriously? I can't be this. I remember myself fighting with my mother the last night. How can this happen?

While I was busy thinking about this mess something really strange happened. I heard someone asking me to wake up and my eyes just closed and opened in a moment. I saw my mother, Oh it was she who was waking me up.

I can't tell how happy I was, to see my mother in real. I am not an orphan now. I don't know if it was in mind or something else? All I know is that this was a lesson learned. Since then I am over-polite to my mother and she deserves it.

We must be very fortunate to have parents. Atleast we have someone who cares for us. They do their best and we must give them our best. So why not?
