How strange it is to find the right person at the right place at the right time. Though you would be thinking that I am talking about HR concept or staffing as a function of Management. But I am writing about my Teacher. Though I am not at all good in it.

As your average student, I wish you a very happy and special life from all your students... I don't know how good or bad as a student I am but I salute you for the changes coming in me day by day..... Hope you like this... And keep showering your blessings and love on us. Your Directing techniques work in every situation. You assigned duties to students according to their capabilities.

You delegated the responsibilities in a way that our class goals can be achieved. During the deviations, you took corrective measures.. I know I have bored you and I am really SORRY for this. Tell me whether you are confused? Whether I am writing about you or THE FUNCTIONS OF MANAGEMENT. Trying to inspire in a typical Student's way. The way you believe in me makes me confident and I do everything to achieve it and prove you right always.
