Stay Up

You sometimes win; you sometimes lose 

But you always learn, so always move

Go towards your dreams 

Go for your goals 

You owe yourself every chance -

So stick up for your soul. 

It isn’t always easy

And it really shouldn’t be 

But persevering, in itself 

Is a victory 

I hope that when you are pushed,

Or stopped,

Or blocked,

You learn to stand up, taller,
