Unbuild Connection!!

Being an educator, I feel proud as I am not only connected with the students but each and every family member of my students..

Students share each small incident for their absenteeism, where did they go? Whom did they meet? What did they do?? Each and every detail they share. There is transparency between us..

Not only this but, when parents also involve me in their family and share about each and every person at home, I really feel like I am also a part of their family...

They share all small problems and seek for a solution, though they are highly qualified,a trust, a help, guidance what they expect from me is unbelievable...

I am not at all expert but yes whatsoever I ask them to do they all do it, and come back with a sweet smiling face, appreciating me for what solutions, suggestions I gave it worked and there I receive the certificate of appreciation...

Credit goes to the parents too, as the way they trust us, share their problems without hesitation and act as suggested is a very big thing...

What I think is when you start on a positive note you receive positive outcomes, which are very important for me and am happy that my this little contribution is helping their child to cope up!!

It's only possible because the connection between a teacher and parents a very important role.

When you work alone you are brilliant, but when you work together you are smart!!!
