A young man was named Rohan. He was very intelligent. He completed higher education. He went to apply for professor in college and called to the college for an interview. He passed the first interview, interviewed the principal of the college, made the final decision. That Rohan's academic achievements were excellent in all respects from secondary school to postgraduate research, there was no year when he did not achieve a good score.

The principal of the college asked him the question, "Have you got any scholarships in the school?" Rohan replied "nothing".

The principal of the college asked him, "Has your father paid your school fees?" Rohan replied, "My father died when I was one year old. My mother paid my school fees." The principal of the college asked him the question, "Where did your mother work?" Rohan replied, "My mother did the laundry. The principal of the college requested Rohan to show his hand. Rohan showed her a pair of hands that were clean and soft ".

The principal of the college asked, "Have you ever helped your mother do laundry?" Rohan replied, "Never, my mother always wanted me to read more books. Also, my mother can do laundry faster than me."

The principal of the college said, "I have a request. When you go back today, go and clean your mother's hands, then see  me tomorrow morning."

Rohan felt that his chances of getting a job were high. When he returned, he gladly requested his mother to let him clean his hands. His mother felt strange, happy but with mixed feelings she showed her hand to his son. Rohan slowly wiped his mother's hands. As soon as he did this, his tears flowed. He saw for the first time that his mother's hands had so many wrinkles, and her hands were very sad. Some of the wounds were so painful that they shook when their mother cleaned them with water.

This was the first time the young man realized that it was a pair of hands that washed clothes daily so he could pay school fees. The scar on the mother's hand was the price the mother had to pay for her graduation, academic excellence and her future. After cleaning the mother's hands, the youth quietly washed the remaining clothes for the mother. That night the mother and son talked for a long time. The next morning, Rohan went to College.

The principal of the college, seeing the tears in the young man's eyes, asked: "Can you tell me what you did in your house yesterday and what you learned?" Rohan replied, "I also cleaned my mother's hands and all the other clothes."

The principal of the college asked, "Please tell me your feelings." Rohan said, "Now I know what appreciation is. Without my mother, I wouldn't be successful today. Working with my mother and helping my mother, only now did I realize how difficult and difficult it is to do something and I am a family I have come to appreciate the importance and value of relationships. "The principal of the college appoints Rohan as the college's professor. And finally, if one does not understand and finds it difficult to earn the comfort offered by his loved ones, he will never value it. The most important thing is to experience the hard work and learn to value the hard work behind everything else. Both, mother and father deserves "True Appreciation".
