Sleep, isn't it weird?
I am saying this because I could sleep for 48 hours at a stretch without even drinking water or going to bathroom. Yes, it's strange right. But, true.
Sleep is that phenomenon in life where we think we are taking rest, actually we are preparing for the next day.
We spend most of our life sleeping. Calculate it, it will be almost equal to half of the lifetime.
People with depression sleep a lot or don't get sleep at all. Some get nightmares, some just keep the mind active in thought with eyes closed.
Sometimes, we force ourselves to sleep, so sometimes we force ourselves to stay awake.
There have been instances in my life where I haven't slept for days and days. Few instances where I slept for days.
Its weird one activity different trolls.
Sleep is important for students and seniors specially.
Few people just sleep in a second and few takes turn on every corner to sleep.
Sleep creates laziness, sometimes a proper sleep makes you active next day.
I wish if we all just sleep at the same time with the arrival of the moon and wake up at the sun set.
