Ramblings-I

Ramblings-I

People who are inherently selfish and those who have been hurt in love generally view it as a resource. Love, for them, is an asset. Their hearts are incapable of producing pure, unadulterated, unconditional love; not without the risk of trusting, like last time. If their gamble fails, they fail, thus becoming an instrument of gloom and despair in the process. Sometimes, they go about reminiscing about a time when they used to be full of love; things used to be different back then. But everything has gone darker since then, their hearts are a big empty room now- full of machines and cobwebs.

Despite the blackness, there lies hope. That is the beauty of everything- you never know when the big empty room dons on its full colors. Love is as unexpected and out of the blue as life itself. A fateful meeting, an unexpected turn of events, a night to remember someone by. Once they find love, their hearts will become prospective mines, mining out love by the second.

There is a surprise lurking in every corner, the only thing that you have to do is look hard enough.
