Mrs. Juliana

Bell rang and the last period was over. All the students rushed out of their classes screaming with joy.

Mili too stepped out from the classroom with a heavy heart.

She looked at the empty corridor of after the students left. Ten years ago, she was a student of the same school. She had recently joined here as an English teacher.

The day she received her appointment letter she was overjoyed. She was so eager to join as she would be getting the opportunity to meet her favourite English teacher, Mrs. Juliana.

Mrs. Juliana was popular in the school for being kind-hearted and helpful to her students.

When Mili's father left her abode while she was thirteen years old she disclosed her about dropping out of school due to financial reason.

 At that time, Mrs. Juliana took over the responsibility of her education as she didn't want a brilliant student to be deprived of her studies. Moreover, Mili herself was an ambitious girl. She aspired to become a teacher and provide free education to the needy students.

 Whenever Mili was depressed or demotivated her teacher was always by her side to encourage her. She inspired her to continue her studies and be focused on her goals. Her teacher was a mentor, guide and a true friend to her.

After completion of her schooling, Mili shifted to the nearby city for her further studies and soon she pursued her degree. Now, she was appointed as an English teacher in her school but, unfortunately, Mrs. Juliana was no more to share her joy and success.

 She got this shocking news only after her arrival in the school. She wished, she could express her gratitude with a tight hug to her teacher as she had achieved her goals only with the guidance of Mrs. Juliana who was a friend in a true sense.
