Morning Thump...

In the school going days, I think I had never been ready to wake up on time... What happened once, My mother was preparing food and asked me to stand up and get ready for school... What I did was, after she left the room, I slept again... She was shouting from the kitchen to come fast and eat breakfast... When she got no reply from my side, she came in thumped me. It made me woke up fully, I started crying and my mon was regularly saying that now if you slept again, then you will again get a tight slap... I was totally shocked that what happened... From that day to today onwards, I have never been late in waking up in the morning... Likely, the memory of that morning forces me to do so.
