Nowadays, life has become so complicated that even children do not have the opportunity to enjoy pure laughter. Somehow, the meaning of togetherness has become synonymous with economic independence. Togetherness alone can lessen many ills and can unite the family, creating an atmosphere of happiness.

The effects of loneliness and the fear of being alone can lead to anxiety, panic, depression, alcohol addiction and related illness, and the fear of being alone is a common experience. Breaking the cycle of loneliness and emerging from its grip requires a leap of faith and bravery, as the person has to be willing to confront his/her worst fears.
