Love, Age Does Matter

She was 19 and he was 38. Twice the age of her. She was young and beautiful. He was bachelor and handsome. She was still studying and he was working.

He saw her first time and was attracted by her childishness and joyful behavior. The childishness nature in her attracted him the most. He wished if she could be his life partner then life would turn into heaven.

She was amazed by his care and patience. She felt if he could be her boyfriend and life partner then life would be beautiful.

Numbers got exchanged between them. Both spoke to each other over phone without expressing their feelings. The distance between both became lesser and lesser.

As days kept passing the distance between them gradually cleared and the closeness started to increase day by day.

One day both of them expressed their feelings and to their surprise both had same feelings to each other and both instantly agreed. There was no limits to their happiness, both were on clouds. There was nothing that could stop them now.

In their happiness they forgot everything, age, profession and studies. They started to love each other beyond their boundaries. They started to love each other as if they were life partners.

Love among each increased day by day. They spent their time in chatting, video call, voice call, never left a chance were they can talk or spend time with each other.

He used to take a break from his job and she used to skip the college and both went out for a joyful ride, have lunch together. They used to live the moment like they would never get the chance again.

They were the actual love birds, enjoying every moment they got. Not bothered about the society, people, parents. They started to meet very frequently even if they had time for a minute also. They used to take time to meet in home, outdoor, college, everywhere.

Their closeness kept increasing as days passed. They became one body and one soul. Both could not live without each other. Both were happy in their own world without worrying about the consequences they would face in future. Life for them was a joyful ride filled with happiness and happiness only.

Years passed and both were very happy in their beautiful world constructed with love and care, nurtured with feelings and emotions. He was 41 now and she was 22 completed her graduation. Both were happy without a knowledge that future has a different story for them.

One day she left to tour for a week without having any knowledge what is happening back at home. After she returned back from tour her mother conveyed to her to get ready for your wedding a proposal has come for you. She was speechless, she tried to convince her mother that she wants to study further but she could not. Her mother told her that you can continue your studies at your in-laws house.

Now her only hope was her father. She conveys to her father what her mother had told her hoping that her father would reject the marriage proposal. And as per her expectations her father rejects the proposal.

But she was not happy even after the marriage proposal got rejected. She started thinking about the reason given by her father for rejecting the proposal was the age gap of 5 years. This bothered her a lot. Her father rejected the proposal only because to the age gap between the two. The guy was 5 years elder to her even though he was well educated and well settled.

The girl started to realize the real color of her life now. When her father could not agree the guy just for the age of 5 years, how will he agree a person with a age gap of 20 years. She started breaking and becoming practical. The love now what she had for her life partner started to fade, it started to break apart slowly.

The girl started to ignore him, keeping him far from her, without telling him a single word that she has decided to give up on him and his love.
