Once upon a time in a small town there lived a family.

The parents were very poor and they had 2 daughters, Ayesha and Nyasha, two of them were very smart, pretty, and very intelligent. But one thing made them different from each other, their behavior. Ayesha was very kind and Nyasha was very rude. In vacations, Nyasha would sleep all day long munching her favourite potato chips. While her sister Ayesha would go miles long to bring water from the well, after doing all the hard work her parents always chose Nyasha because they thought that she was more beautiful then Ayesha.

One day, while Ayesha was studying her mother, asked her to go to the river to fetch some more water. As she was studying she refused to her mom saying that she should send Nyasha who was free and was just relaxing all day long. Her mother got angry and she threw Ayesha’s books into the bonfire. Within no time poor Ayesha’s books were brought down to ashes. Seeing this Ayesha fled away weeping. While Ayesha had just crossed a few miles she came across a brick oven which had turned black due to baking. Suddenly she noticed that the oven was telling something to her “ O dear, can you please help me? I have turned black which makes me ugly, please wipe me and make me the best and most clean oven.”

Ayesha was shocked, without thinking she quickly gathered the materials and started off, within no time the oven was back to brown and gifted Ayesha some cookies. Ayesha accepted it and walked away. While she was walking she saw an old cow who had been hungry for 2 days. The cow said “O dear please help me I am very hungry, please give me some food” Ayesha gave the cow lots of hay who in return gave Ayesha a carton full of fresh milk. Once again Ayesha accepted this and walked away. After a few minutes, she felt thirsty and went to the nearby river and while she was drinking water she saw an old woman standing seeking help. The old woman said “ Dear child I am very thirsty and I can’t bend please give me some water”. Ayesha quickly took a pot and filled it with water to give it to the woman.

As Ayesha turned back she saw a beautiful fairy. Ayesha asked the fairy who she was and the fairy said “ I am the queen fairy, and I thank you for helping me. The oven you came across, the cow you fed, the old woman, was all me.” Ayesha now understood. The fairy asked her to come with her but she refused, seeing her politeness fairy gave Ayesha a bag which will contain never-ending gold coins. Now Ayesha was happy and she went back home. Once she reached home she narrated this story to her sister who immediately went away to take more such bags. When she reached near the oven who asked for help she refused then she refused the cow saying that she had better things to do, finally when she reached the river, she asked the old woman for the bag and the old women kicked her off saying that she wasn’t kind enough to get that bag she went hoe crying and her parents started liking Ayesha and they lived happily ever after.
