Indian : A patriotic feel
Journalists are the most important media news reporters which, our country’s most of the people from the government side to the common man considers as corrupt. We use to see them only on one side, but failed to discover an other side, where so many of the young journalists in India, are trying their best to bring many of the problems in India.
Sanjeev Reddy comes as such an vigilante youngster. He hails from a middle-class family near Ambarampalayam, Pollachi, a rural town in Coimbatore district, raised by his mentor John David, a Senior-most Investigative Journalist in India. From small age, Sanjeev has grown up in rural as well as urban places and he is seemingly frustrated with the infrastructure of rural areas.
Since, Urban places have a large buildings, apartments and industries, while the water resources are deeply polluted. When Rural areas are taken into account, the Education system is so poor and agricultural activities are largely taken up and even a proper toilet facility is unavailable in a rural area like Urban.
"People still more doesn’t have a proper house in so many parts of India. What steps does our government has initiated for all these things?” When Sanjeev turned 18 years, he enrolls in PSG college of arts and science in Coimbatore district and now, he is extremely in a frustrated mode. Since, the theoretical aspects which Sanjeev had studied in his schools are useless and not applicable in practical purpose, where all are corrupt and irresponsible. From the point of view on consumerism to the point of following a single rules and regulations in roads and other places, our Indian people are careless and are having an attitude of “let it go.” Like India, Singapore was also a poor country before Independence. However, now this modern Singapore is well-developed. Not only Singapore, like this country many others such as Malaysia and other South-Asian countries are now well-developed with a proper infrastructure and good education systems. ”Now, Sanjeev joins his college for his course on Journalism in 12th September, 2020 where, he witnesses a numerous number of his friends, taking up this course. But, he is deeply frustrated upon learning his other friends who are from Commerce and various other departments. Because, they are all highly-money minded and cares little about the Country’s development. On his further research Sanjeev learns that, “the problem is not with his friends, parents or teachers. But, it is with the present education system, that is followed in India, where only theoretical concepts are thought rather than, the practical issues where, a variety of problems has to be faced by us like theft, attacks and etc.”My words about the Education system, that is going to be followed in India presently:However, to solve this problem, presently the BJP government has brought various measures such as New Education Policy, where they had brought new changes as followed:
1.) A single regulator for higher education institutions,
2.) Multiple entry and exit options in degree courses.
3.) Discontinuation of MPhil programs.
4.) Low stakes Board exams
5.) Common entrance exams for universities.
Besides these things, the Government has abolished the 10 2 system and has instead brought 5 3 3 4 curricular structure corresponding to ages 3-8, 8-11, 11-14 and 14-18 years respectively.
India is the place for multiple languages. Our Government has told that, we can learn other languages like, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, English and Hindi, which all are our choice and this has been termed as “Three Language Policy.” The change in the education system itself, is the major plus point for our country and definitely we will become high in literacy level equally attaining the status like USA, Britain and other South Asian Countries. The colonization period’s education system will go slowly away from this country. My words ends here and now it is Sanjeev’s story of life…Meanwhile, Sanjeev has been mocked and ridiculed by many of his friends because, he is too dreamy that, he will try to change India and everyone sees him as a bully-mark in the class. However, under his mentor John David’s motivation, he decides to take their bully as a challenge and with a hard work for three years, Sanjeev graduates in Journalism. When being mocked, he remembered the death of his parents in 2008 near Mumbai, when Sanjeev was 10 years old, his parents were killed in a bomb blasts that had been orchestrated by a terrorists organization and having been one of the victims in the bomb blasts and he was about to get killed by a terrorist. But, at that time, John David rescued him and also killed one of the terrorists by stabbing his neck, since he was unable to digest the death of small children. From that time, John David trained Sanjeev hard in Martial arts and made him stronger physically as well as mentally in Pollachi. In further, Sanjeev read books like Bhagavat Gita and Vande Matharam slogans with Bible books, where he gained knowledge about the punishments of crimes and peacefulness.
Now only, there is an real challenge in the life of Sanjeev. Having been completed the journalism is an easy process. But, getting a job as an investigative journalist is a difficult process.Sanjeev is eventually disqualified from the channels to work as an journalist because, he is honest and follows ethical lifestyle and this really proved to be challenging for him. Sanjeev is devastated and tries to attempt suicide until, being stopped by John David. He motivates him to prove his talent and also remembers the challenge, that he took up when his friends mocked at him. David asks him to fight for the country’s welfare by trying his best. Sanjeev decides to get back his mental strength by taking up the traditional martial arts skills in Kanniyakumari district. After taking up three years training in Martial arts, Sanjeev first decides to bring change in Tamil Nadu.Because, Tamil Nadu is the root cause for the downfall in developments. Hence, From the points of Sand mining to the point of corruptions like Bribery, Funding for terrorism, Bribe for election, etc., which all he takes a video as well as photograph.
“Sand mining still happens in Tamil Nadu. Rivers are losing it’s water just because of this and on the other hand, TASMAC bars, a bar that gives money. What answer does this government gives for us?” Sanjeev further researches on other problems in India like Pollution, Unemployment and issues of terrorism and Communal clashes in India, for which he gathers so many evidences with photos and videos for three years from 2023-2026.In order to make people confused, Sanjeev assumes the identity of Sakthi and publishes the daily problems of India in these three years through Twitter accounts. However, the government manages to find the account’s username as Sanjeev and they captures him with the help of Army and police forces. He is sent to the Central Prison of India and later on, taken to the court. When being asked for the reason of his acts, Sanjeev tells to the judge about the Mumbai attacks 2008, which killed his parents brutally. He further tells that, “The problem is on both the sides. Government as well as people. In India, there are so many issues other than unemployment and education issues. Improper sanitation, poverty, terrorism, corruption, high population, and many of problems are there to be solved in India. Just solving down the education problems and some problems like Terrorism by bringing CAA is not enough. We have to bring a lots of improvements in Infrastructure facilities, Medical facilities, Population control and as many others, which all cannot be told in court.” Sanjeev further claims that, “Agriculture as well as Industries should have an equality and no partiality should be shown between these two. Rapes, Women violence is also further problem in India with Pollutions being a part of it. Laws for punishments should be made stronger. Especially in the areas of crimes, murders, rapes, corruption and for other offences, after which all will fear”MY WORDS:
Will death penalty gives a real solution for Rapists? Or will other people fear for committing such crimes? Still more, thousands and thousands of criminals will emerge to do such crimes.
Indian government has said Clean India and they are successful only by 60% while 40% which consists of other states, should also enact these measures introduced by the Central government. The following problems should be taken into account so that, in future our India will be a superpower.”I really appreciate some of the plans, that were brought up by the central government in the following areas:
1.) EIA Act, 2020
2.) Citizenship amendment act, 2020
3.) New Education Policy, 2020
4.) Cancellation of Kashmir’s special constitution and Article 370.“Besides the 73 years Independence, we were not developed due to so many problems. But, we are now slowly changing because of some new beneficial plans in India. I further expect the BJP government to take steps to conserve resources and wildlife with severe laws for hunting, poaching and other offence in the forest areas. Our government should further, take action against corruption and try to stop the communal clashes and riots in our country. The story’s character Sanjeev, is just an example to show how every common man in India has a grudge against the evils in this society. If the actions are not taken quickly, then there will be a big mishaps in our country.
