Implicit bias

A little while ago a father and his son met with a car accident and the father walked away but the son was badly injured. So the father called an ambulance to drove the son to the hospital and the son was being wheeled into the surgery room. When the surgeon came in and looked at the boy the surgeon said “I can't operate on that boy, he's my son” so the question for you is who is the surgeon? 

The surgeon is the mother but the reason we don't often see the surgeon as the mother and it kind of messed us up is because of this thing in our heads called implicit bias.

Moral: Never discriminate any talent or hard work with gender.
