Happy Dussehra

It was Dusshera. Siya and the family decided to burn Ravana. They ordered a Ravana to their family friend Mr. Bajaj. Siya was handling all the decorations. It was 4:00 pm already. The Ravana has to be burnt by 8:00 pm. But the Ravana had not come yet. All the decorations were complete. Siya was waiting for the Ravana. She called Mr. Bajaj and said," Mr. Bajaj What's the fault? Why the Ravana has not come yet? Mr. Bajaj sadly replied, "Mam I'm in the hospital my daughter has 104°F fever. I can't deliver it". Siya said, "Oh!! May your daughter get well soon. But you can say to your workers to deliver". "NO mam, They all are on holiday on the occasion of Dusshera". Siya cut the phone. She's tense. Suddenly she had an idea!! "Let me bring the Ravana by myself".

She said to herself. She bought the Ravana. It was already 7:00 pm, She changed the clothes and got ready. Everyone gathered to perform"Ravana Dahana". Siya's brother Abhimanyu was going to burn Ravana as Lord Rama. Some sages came there and said, " Oh no!! What's happening here.!! These people are comparing themselves with Lord Rama. Really unexpected"!!! Siya added," What we're conveying wrong? We're following the instructions of Lord Rama. He burned the evil Ravana and we're doing the same to follow his charity and respect towards people. We must feel proud while burning the Ravana." The sages agreed with her by saying, "Yes child you're correct." They went from there. Now Abhimanyu burned Ravana with pride remembering her sister's saying. Siya's parents were proud of her. They all celebrated Dusshera with so much joy and proudness. This was the best Dusshera for each one of them. They learned a new moral, "Feel proud of your culture and heritage".
