Contraception conundrum

As a senior citizen who goes for a morning walk every day, I am subjected daily to the embarrassing sight of used condoms lying around on city roads. I would like to remind my fellow citizens how important it is to keep our roads and city clean and neat.

With millions of condoms being sold around the world and in our country as well, surely there should be better condom etiquette amongst the people? The use of protection is encouraged. So, if you are old enough to have safe sexual intercourse, please be old enough to not throw used contraception in the open - use trash cans.
