Cheating is always a choice that gets planned and executed, it is never an accident that happens by chance. Cheating can only give short term success and it can never give success in the long run. What cheaters do not realize is that God is watching everything.

There were two students who studied MBA in a famous college. They were Pallavi and Divya, both of them were very different from each other. Pallavi was an introvert and believed in sincerity while Divya was an extrovert and believed in cheating. Both had their own aspirations and studied an MBA with the hope to fulfill their dreams. But their approach to all evaluations was different. Divya felt that taking shortcuts was the key to success while Pallavi felt that doing hard work was the key to success.

Divya never bothered about her unethical approach to exams and was not guilty of it. So, she cheated on almost all her college exams and scored good marks because of that. Since their college had a relative grading system, so she benefited from that and got good grades. She thought that she could enjoy her college life instead of studying. That’s why she spent her first year with this attitude. During her internship, she realized that maybe studying could have helped her in performing well. But then she felt that she could get over it. Then she continued doing this even in her second year. She was selected for her placement early and that made her feel that cheating can give success without putting much effort. She concentrated on her present life.

Pallavi was always ethical in her approach to exams and was respectful to elders. She was God-fearing and felt that the wrong actions in the present will lead to bad outcomes in the future. So, she thought that she will persevere with sincerity in her college life. But she had to face difficulty during her exams in the first year and her grades were not so good. Still, she carried on because she knew that she was on the right path. Though she was not very intelligent and studious, yet she never cheated on exams because she wanted to show her integrity. She performed well in her internship and that motivated her to continue with hard work. She continued in the same manner in her second year and got selected for her placement late. But she was happy that she had never deviated from honesty.

When Divya and Pallavi entered into corporate life after MBA, they faced the consequences of their chosen path in college. Pallavi was successful in her job and was appreciated by her seniors, she had utilized her knowledge while working there. But Divya had to struggle in her job due to her previous actions. She understood that her approach to evaluations was wrong and regretted that. Finally, Pallavi’s hard work paid off and it was evident that cheating can never give success to a person.
