An Evening at a Junction

This was not that beautiful evening, but a bit hot evening. I was roaming around one of the  busiest junction of a city. One of its corners had a lot of food outlets. 

Actually, there were 10 outlets, 3 of Chinese food, 2 of Mumbai Chat, 4 of ice-cream and one of Pav bhaji. All of 3 Chinese stalls had just a name as "Chinese", where as chat stalls had a name "Anand Bhel", ice-cream stalls had a name "Sagar Ice-Cream" and guess what will be the name of pav bhaji stall ? It has no name at all. May be being a single stall of its kind, so no need to have any identity. 

When I noticed these stalls, I realised how unity all the stall owners have. Giving same names to their stall depending on the kind of food they were serving, so that public won't differentiate them by just the name. Probably that will be the case there for every day. And in such case everyone else actually would have followed like the pav bhaji stall owner adopted, not to put any name to the stall. As everyone had same name.

When I was observing public across the stalls, surprised to see that both chat stall had 8-10 customers but not a single female customer. Isn't it not a surprise?

The Pav bhaji stall had a maximum customer, while the Chinese stall, which was at the end and a bit far from the rest of the stalls have few customers.  Looking at the current situation of covid 19 also, people get attracted to the stalls having more customer. Even this pandemic didn't change the tendency of general public. This means behavior doesn't change that easy.

One of the ice-cream stall has a nice seating arrangement, just for couples. Actually nothing special, but all tables had only two seats. So that was attracting most of couple customers. I was observing, what all strategists, people apply to attract public. Having same name but very different attractive name plates. The Owner of Pav Bhaji stall being a single of its kind, may not even bother to spend money and efforts on name plate.

Having same name not only indicated their unity, but also the strategy that they can't be identified just be names, actually by their quality of food. May be they all were believers of Shakespeare, who said, what's there in name?

After 25 minutes Suddenly, I saw my hubby coming out of the Hotel located opposite to this street.

No, no, no, don't think otherwise. Actually, he asked me to wait for 15 min, as he had some work there. By the time he finishes his work,  he actually asked me to visit one of the clothing outlet at that junction, with a note that if I liked anything, he will come and pay for it. 

I was there for almost 45 minutes and finally it was time for the closing of that outlet. I had no other option but to roam around that street. I called him, he said 5 minutes, I will be there. 

Now, I was actually getting irritated, but then thought, instead of getting irritated let's enjoy this time by observing scenario around. As we ourselves make our time a good time or a bad time. Atleast in such a situation where we can turn it into a good side with no extra efforts.
