The fresh blue water washed over my bare feet as they rested in the beige sand just as soft as velvet. I stood at the shore, recounting the everlasting forest canopy that stood behind me as it gently rocked thousands of fruits in the cool peppermint breeze.

The water so fresh

A cool minty breeze brushing by

A canopy so dense

Pearl white shells glistened in the scorching sunshine as a procession of baby turtles rushed by. Crickets sang merrily in the distance as they rejoiced under the tall palm tree’s shade.

Baby turtles shimmied

Sunshine seized pearl shells

Big palms shading all

Cream white blankets covered a bungalow in the distance. A vast forest stood behind the winds from within carrying peace and calm. Amidst this everlasting forest lay numerous little nests, some filled with squirrels styling chestnut coats as they devoured a platter of berries and nuts, some packed with tiny azure chicks desperately chirping away for motherly love. Uncontained by baskets of nature, lily-white bunnies pranced around, joyfully playing with siblings.

Up above in the forest canopy, cockatoos, toucans, and parrots crowded the virdinian leaves held by oak branches, each devouring one of millions of fruits.

Berries color all

Tiny bunnies prancing around

Nature all about

Growing around the creamy white bungalow were tall French hedges brimming with roses, tulips, and periwinkles. The roses wore a baby pink coat, whilst the tulips fashioned one of crimson. The periwinkles sat alone, their fading lilac pleasing to the eye.

Sitting not more than a dozen feet away from these hedges was a vermillion stall, shadowed by natures’ gentle arms. Sizzling crackled up ones’ ears as they passed by, the smell of freshly cooked goodies creeping up their nostrils. The cook’s hands fluttered over the stove as he cooked everything from smores to fruit kebabs and stirred up what seemed like a flood of delicious beverages from lemon water to multi-flavored fruit juice.

Crowding the land in front of this stall were rosewood benches under which lay numerous burrows paying homage to powder pink crabs. Insects such as ladybugs, beetles and ants littered about everywhere along with multi-colored butterflies soaring towards the light of the sun, their ravishing wings shimmering in it.

As the dark of midnight engulfed the island, fireflies burst out of their hiding places, the stars and them indifferentiable. shooting stars shot by, each glittering with determination. The moonbeam bore down on the island, peacefully lying on the everlasting turquoise waters, adorned with dolphins and orcas, each leading a school of their own.

Calming to the soul,

A train of calming thought

Pleasing to the heart
