A meeting on self-love started in the room.


I have stopped writing letters to a younger version of myself.


No self-love quotes. No self-care messages.


There is no need to get involved with self-hate stuff too. 


Someone stopped my speech with a question.


How do you heal if you are not involved in self-love?


It is simple. There is no healing when you breathe.


And when breathing is not there, no requirement for healing.


Someone praised. Someone clapped. Someone called me crazy. The meeting ended.
