You Need To Let It Go

You Need To Let It Go

How often do we hear, you need to let it go

But never did I thought, it doesn’t imply only on people, but also on irrelevant thoughts I hold

Some days are just so amazing; you feel you got the Midas touch; everything runs in your favour

You seem to enjoy the blissful feeling of the precious moments, but like a dream, it gets over so soon, that you try to figure out was it a dream?

We all get through that rough day in our life when you get the Midas touch of getting everything going wrong

And that is the day my friend Negativity penetrates in quietly and finds in you a new cosy home to reside.

What we don’t understand we can show the door to this uninvited guest, but for that, we need to aware of our thought process.

Negativity seems to impact our thought process so badly, that we end up piling on negative thoughts to the extent it fumes out in a way of stress (the silent killer)

So why not we allow this guest to vacate our place, after all, it’s not worth having it as the tenant

Instead, rent it to out to something that you actually deserve.

We get so busy trying to be right, trying to keep our egos and sense of self-safe, that we don’t let things go.

We give endless power to our thoughts to take over our hearts and minds, and often ruin everything in the process.

Focus your energies on something that more important to you, than the small negative thought that drains off your energy.

I have decided to let go of thoughts, that doesn’t make me strong.

What about You?
