Whispers in Dream

In dream he sees her once more,

And gathers courage from his core.

He takes her hand and speaks his heart,

And she agrees to never leave apart.

With joy and love, he pens many verse,

To capture feelings he couldn’t converse.

In dreams he found the strength to say,

The words he couldn’t in the light of day.

Now every night he dreams of her embrace,

And love starts to blossom in his heart's space.

He knows that in his dreams she’ll stay,

And love him in her own sweet way.

So let him dream and let him write,

Of love and hope and all that’s right.

For in his dreams he finds relief,

From loneliness and pain and grief.
