The Umbilical Feed

Do you still remember the times when you were aloofly twisting and turning in safest haven, you mother's womb 

With the umbilical cord you were fed and nurtured to be the person you are now, strong and healthy taking care of people you love. 

I still gaze at the endless sky thinking deep, when we forgot this umbilical relationship with our mother nature in whose womb, the Earth we say, our kind has been surviving since times not known.

Hapelessly like a heartless being we kept destroying the only womb which is the only place of survival we have in all.

Time has come when we pledge and re-pledge, akin to our mother nature we embrace her too keeping aside the axe and sledge we revivify our safe haven, the Earth we say, so she can endure to nurture us and generations to come and our umbilical feed continues to nourish our kind in the safe haven, the Earth we say
