The Sky Isn’t Blue Anymore

The Sky Isn’t Blue Anymore

The sky isn’t blue anymore,

Like I remember,

Breath!

The cloud silver lining with vaporwave synth,

Blue with golden hour glow,

Teal like the bottom ferns of the oceans,

Phthalo blue like our Supercuts,

Green like ferns growing out of my window,

Roots seeping in deep, cracking the walls,

What defines me to be unbroken, unchanged, these shackles unchained.

The wheel of time on penrose stairs of never-ending climb and descends.

Exhale!

The moment is so stationary,

These window climbing clematis flowers,

these climbers growing and turning around wrapped in my fingers,

Remembering the touch of sanity,

Beauty and my sanctuary,

The day sky was blue,

Left me with a smile,

The day is gloomy and dull,

We are friends of silence in this blue darkness,

Under stars unseen because of devils smoke we fueled.
