The Job Switch Saga

Schooling and graduation are truly the best,

Though struggle was tough to get passed,

Yet that fun never diminished,

And so did the big plans for own business!

Thrown out of the comfy life,

The corporate world thrashes on face,

With all blunders of manipulating workmates,

Who carry facades to cheat the race!

But then over and over again,

Alike some pendulum going to and fro,

Failure intuitions pop up for a change,

And job switch no more seems insane!

This brings in sacks of confusion,

And anxiety too finds its secret space,

For how will I now adjust at an unknown place,

And shit, I’ll have to again learn friend-zoning the new workmates!

Will people love me there?

Or forget about them, will I get highly paid?

Or is this going to be my profession’s biggest deal?

And I just wish not to meet bosses with hearts of iron and steel!

Fear, excitement and uncertainties get high,

Where on one side career growth appears to thrill,

Tuning with unfamiliar faces frightens,

Urging someone’s help or a true guidance!

That’s how hopping to a new job is never easy,

For its not only moving from one door to another,

But a lot of worries with more learning coming in,

Reminding why you never backed and stayed there to win!
