Stairs
Stairs
I stepped on the staircase
And it looked like a maze
It was dark and deep
But I had courage to keep.
With my body shivering
And my confidence's voice quivering,
Stumbling and falling,
Though I felt no good,
I still stood.
There's still some tension in my mind;
But you know I'm my own kind,
Dealing with things my own way
I hope for a bright door post this dark stairway,
No matter whether sooner or later,
Narrow or wide.
