Sleeping is a state of rest,

We are not in the position to think or consciously act.

Dreams are important as they can help us to sleep,

it can never be a Soothsayer, we never come to know about future life.

Our heart beat becomes slower, blood pressure go down,

When we enjoy more and more sound sleep, we get relaxation.
