She Was I!!

Thunder wrapped up in her bun, an unheard roar,

Few untouched depths, only her eyes could bore,

Those cuts and stitches at every inch of her thigh,

Words knocked on her lips, none was heard but a sigh,

Recognized her bruises? Not literal as it may look,

More than she lived were the deaths that she took,

Willingly or not, ask her fingers that held the count,

Tears invaded her cheeks where a smile were to mount,

She still smiles with a flicker, ask her not how, but why,

Walking down she thinks, it's the best way to cry,

For the people she knows, all they do is laugh and gaze,

Over her bitter emotional hues, once a colorful haze,

Her armor chiseled in stone, she knows what for,

Her eyebrow then whispered, "AN UNSUNG WAR",

Between the shards of a paradox, long been unknown,

Fed by the demons that slyly dwell in her own,

Held her glass of PRESENT, stirred it up and then drank,

Since her PAST was a wave in which, once she sank,

No matter what she did; she somehow taught her well,

The courage to dust it off at all times when she fell,

How can I feel her in depth...? do you want to know why?

Out of a million reasons, one is, that SHE WAS I !!
